Simultaneously, we navigated the administrative landscape, securing all necessary liability insurances, permits, and business licenses to ensure full compliance.

  • Technology & Process Design: To ensure the business could run efficiently without constant manual oversight, we implemented a robust CRM and Scheduling Tech Stack. We built automated workflows for appointment booking, customer reminders, and invoicing, allowing the business to operate paperless from day one.

  • Go-to-Market & Brand Strategy: We conducted deep market research to define competitive pricing tiers. To generate immediate demand, we developed a high-impact social media strategy, producing professional photo/video content of the detailing process. We managed the launch campaigns, building a "pre-launch" audience to ensure the schedule was active upon opening.
